Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>These data depict essential fish habitat (EFH) conservation areas off Washington, Oregon, and California. These data represent all of the EFHCAs post-Amendment 28 and includes EFHCAs that are unchanged by this action. The coordinate locations are from NMFS' Final Rule to implement Amendment 28 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan and are consistent with revised FMP Appendix C2. In order to minimize to the extent practicable adverse effects from fishing, the final rule prohibits fishing with various gear types within these areas. Consult the text of the final rule for specific details about each area and the management measures. The regulatory prohibitions are listed in Section 660.12, 660.112. 660.212 and 660.312 and the coordinates are listed in Sections 660.76 through 660.79 of the final rule.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
