Description

Modified and renewed Biological Assessment after steelhead and bull trout spawning. Received an updated Biological Opinion and Instream Work Window permit. Contracted Down to Earth Excavation who completed the work between 7/12/2005 and 7/19/2005. A successful regulated headgate and fish-friendly diversion was installed in Herd Creek. Fish were able to successfully pass the diversion site without the construction of a new push-up dam.

The project will contribute to recovery by improving steelhead and Chinook habitat.
