Description

The Nez Perce Soil and Water Conservation District (NPSWCD) will install 2 acres of riparian and upland planting, 800 feet of fence, 3 boulder clusters, and 3 wood structures along 0.53 miles of Mission Creek, Idaho. These metrics were not completed in a previously funded PCSRF project (013 19 CW) due to funding and time constraints.

Project Benefit

The project goals include 1) restoration of channel function, 2) improve aquatic habitat suitability, and 3) reduce elevated water temperatures for salmonids.
