Description

This project will support the Director of Research and Recovery to coordinate with the Skagit co-managers (Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Swinomish Indian Tribe, Upper Skagit Tribe, and Sauk-Suiattle Tribe) including drafting a study design to support co-manager needs and a Quantitative Scientist that will produce the analysis and reporting, in addition, will assist in developing study designs to fill gaps

Project Benefit

This project will allow us to map progress toward Chinook Salmon recovery and will enable timely implementation of management actions in light of significant changes in stock productivity. Finally, the project is intended to fill gaps in knowledge that will inform adaptive management an important component of Chinook

Salmon and Steelhead Trout recovery.
