OWEB administers grant funds to protect and enhance watersheds, and improve fish and wildlife populations, with a focus on salmon and steelhead throughout the state. OWEB uses PCSRF funds to support competitive grant-making. These grants help achieve sustainable watershed health goals such as: increasing salmon populations, managing salmon populations at sustainable levels, and addressing limiting factors for listed or at-risk stocks of salmon and steelhead. This project funds administrative expenses associated with the specific grant management, reporting, and sub-granting of the PCSRF allocation to OWEB grantees.
