This grant provided regional organization and lead entity funding for the Lower Columbia salmon recovery region. The LCFRB is responsible for coordinating efforts to recovery ESA-listed salmon and steelhead within its region. To this end the Board maintains programs that work in concert to provide leadership and support to their 82 planning partners.

Worksites are used to designate funding sources.

Worksite #1, #2 and #3: The Lead Entity will coordinated the Citizen Advisory Committee and technical team, including arranging and facilitating meetings for both groups. The lead entity submited a ranked habitat project list to RCO which includes community outreach, scheduling site visits, compiling project rankings, scheduling applicant workshops, etc.

Worksite #4: The board performed the following activities to implement the plan: Built greater awareness, support, and participation in salmon and watershed management efforts by local, state, tribal and federal partners and the public; Coordinated and assisted efforts to implement priority recovery actions; Enhanced capability & capacity to monitor, track and report progress in recovering salmon and improving watershed health; and expanded long-term funding for salmon recovery and watershed enhancement measures

The Sponsor performed the project as described in the following documents, which are incorporated herein by this reference: Standard Terms and Conditions for Project Agreement, Statement of Work, and Scope of Work
