Description

This agreement was the result of ITPS Work Request RCO-WR1606.
The purpose of the Work Request was to seek proposals from qualified vendors to provide maintenance of and enhancements to the Project Information System (PRISM) Grant Management application. The work request was implemented in PRISM under project 16-2183. This agreement is a continuation of project 16-2183.

This project involves assistance with system maintenance and development of both PRISM and Habitat Work Schedule (HWS) as approved by RCO. Services provided by the vendor include, but are not limited to:
Modifications of existing modules/workbenches
Resolution of software problems
Development and modification of reports and system web pages
Requirement gathering, analysis, design and development of new modules
Upgrade to new third party technologies
Server and operating system upgrades
Database maintenance and database security
Enhancements are identified and prioritized by an IT Steering Committee and approved by RCO executive management.
