Description

Conducted independent, third-party effectiveness and validation monitoring of a randomized selection of FRGP habitat restoration projects in the North Coast Hydrologic Region to determine restoration effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative methods and submitted reports of findings. PCSRF FY2014 and FY2015 funds were spent within the allowable award periods even though the project ended outside the award periods.
