Description

4 reports prepared on key management or restoration data for 815 miles of stream monitored for adult salmonids. 5 cooperating organizations. 987.8 acres of watershed monitored.

Project Benefit

Conduct coho salmon spawner surveys in the South Fork Eel River Watershed (Humboldt and Mendocino counties), tributary to the Eel River Watershed, tributary to the Pacific Ocean to collect data needed to estimate population abundances for the 2011/2012, 2012/2013, and 2013/2014 seasons. Develop a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) plan to ensure acceptable levels of accuracy and precision for the data collected and analytical procedures applied.
