Description    


Removal of 1 concrete ford crossing opened 7.8 miles of stream. Ramp construction engineered channel in two sections, each section less than or equal to 4% grade, seperated by a pool. 39 plants planted. 0.09 miles instream habitat treated. Project was completed early.

Project Benefit    


Removal of a major barrier on Redwood Creek which currently blocks adult Coho salmon and steelhead trout migration to 7.8 miles of spawning and rearing habitat with measured adequate cold water flows.
