Shasta Scott Recovery Team (SSRT) Meeting Facilitation

Facilitated a meeting of the Shasta Scott Recovery Team (SSRT) to alleviate misunderstandings and miscommunications about potential future scenarios.

It is expected that the purpose of the meeting will be to provide updates of specific information and to collect input from the members of the SSRT. Further it is intended that this meeting will be conducted in a manner that will build relationships. The net desired effect is shared focus on the agency’s initiatives and priorities, modified in a respectful manner by input from the public. It is often the case that these benefits of any meeting can be very short-lived and thus a secondary purpose is to model skills that increase the ability of the SSRT to resolve technical, legal and relationship issues.
