Cascade barrier created from a boulder falling into river. Treatment area would be less than 0.01 miles to rechannel the old river. Began initial consultation with agencies to assist with removal of barrier, but US Fish and Wildlife Service first needed to determine if removal of barrier would access suitable spawning habitat. Reconnaissance to assess the situation. Feasibility study determined funds were inadequate; needing estimated funds in excess of 100,000.
