Description
Planted redwood and Douglas Fir trees in riparian areas of select Lower Klamath River tributaries. Conducted maintenance and modifications to log jam barriers in Terwer and McGarvey Creeks.
Project Benefit
Re-establish conifers and improve riparian conditions in lower Klamath Tributaries. Provide access to anadromous salmonids to stream reaches blocked by anthropomorphically caused log jams, while maintaining presence and function of instream large woody debris.
