Description

Draft white papers were produced and distributed including to federal and state partners (USFWS, NMFS, WDFW, ODFW) as well as organizations with a vested interest in conservation (such as Trout Unlimited). This project provided for the development of artificial propagation guidelines to better define the position of CRITFC with respect to CRFMP negotiations, the NMFS Artificial Propagation Rulemaking, state wild fish policies and general discussion with environmental groups.

Provide ecologically sound methods of using artificial propagation in tribal programs.
