Description
Fish Screening and Passage Program staff provided outreach in the Upper Willamette domain for fish screening and passage activities. Outreach included supporting landowners by reviewing plans for and inspecting projects; development of fish screening and passage prioritization and outreach documents; and presentations to landowners, watershed councils, and others. 107 landowners were contacted to propose 42 restoration projects as a result of this project.
Project Benefit
The goal of this work is to protect fish by keeping them in streams and expand or improve their access into historic habitat.
