Description

As North Olympic Land Trust and the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe were working towards a conservation outcome on this project, we encountered challenges which make it unlikely that we could complete this project at present or in the near future. Thanks to the due diligence work paid previously for in part with this funding, the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe is positioned to negotiate with the seller to work towards a purchase once the property issues have been resolved. Therefore, we want to act now and place the remaining dollars back into the funding pool for projects within NOPLE and move to close out this project.

Appraisal, Appraisal Review, Survey, Environmental Site Assessment, and other incidental and due diligence were completed on this project. The sponsor was not able to reach a purchase and sale agreement with the seller. Septic and home inspection were conducted to establish valuation due to deficiencies that warranted adjustment.
