Description
Great Land Trust will work with willing landowners to target and conserve important salmon habitat through conservation easements and fee-title acquisitions, permanently protecting 500 acres or more of land and the waters bodies they encompass.
Project Benefit
This project will permanently protect approximately 500 acres of priority habitat supporting spawning, overwintering, and/or rearing Chinook, coho, sockeye, chum, and pink salmon and/or or steelhead trout populations. Conservation efforts will be focused on areas experiencing the most pressure from development and those identified by ADF&G as subsistence use areas. Accomplishments
