FY 2014 PCSRF Performance Measurements & Related Data System Project

This project conducted site visits on the Klamath Tribes, Hoopa Valley Tribe, Karuk Tribe and Yurok Tribe reservations to ensure all projects funded by the Klamath River Inter-Tribal Fish and Water Commission were on schedule and within the grant scope of work. Meetings were held with the project managers as well as board members to discuss the projects and reports/metrics for the database. KRITFWC was able to have a face to face meeting with NOAA representatives regarding reporting and metrics. This meeting was very beneficial to the KRITFWC and its member Tribes to better understand how the PCSRF grants work, which projects are more important in ranking and how the project managers can enter their data to best benefit NOAA with the details of the projects funded. This project also oversaw all of the progress reports throughout the life of the grant and worked with the individual Tribes and project managers to ensure all information was complete and correct; as well as revisions made. Online trainings were offered and attended by the PCSRF database manager as well.

This project benefits all the Commission member Tribes, the PCSRF project managers for the Commission member Tribes through submitting reports, reviewing data for accuracy and as a liaison between NOAA and the Commission member Tribes.
