EquipmentMUXMultiplexerA multiplexer (or mux) is a device that selects one of several analog or digital input signals and forwards the selected input into a single line. Here, it refers to the multiplexing unit that gathers information as a fish passes over an antenna in the stream. It records the antenna number that the fish was detected on, the fish's PIT code number, and the date and time the fish was detected. Each site has a different identifying MUX number. VALUES are Text *01, *02, *03, *D0, *E0, *F0, D0, E0, F0, S0.
