These data consist of natural abundance levels of C and N stable isotopes in periphyton, in-stream leaf detritus, leaves of riparian plants, benthic invertebrates, and resident fish collected from multiple locations from the main stem Cedar River, and tributaries including Rock and Taylor creeks. Data were collected in 2000 and 2001 to establish baseline conditions before reintroduction of Pacific salmon in 2003. Data were analyzed at the University of Georgia Stable Isotope Facility.
