Additional Detail
Work Statement Element 152453:
https://www.cbfish.org/WorkStatementElement.mvc/Summary/152453
This restoration action was identified collaboratively during the development of the Upper Grande Ronde Atlas within a high priority Tier 2 Subwatershed UGR 18.
A total of 30 sites and 5 side channels will have wood input. A total of 389 pieces of large woody debris with racking material will be needed for structure construction, side channels and whole tree placement. There are a total of 30 structures within the 30 sites, with 2 different structure types. All of the large wood will be obtained from a closed road, approximately 1 mile from the project area. There will be approximately 72 loads (ten yard loads) of racking material (small wood and limbs) hauled from roadside brushing close to the project area.
A subcontractor would complete this task.
