Improve water quality in the Baldwin/Tieman Creek drainage area. Project Elements include (1) cooperative riparian fencing and revegetation in partnership with the Confederate Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation; (2) water quality monitoring; (3) public eduation activities and promotion of best management practices for agricultural and residential landowners; (4) collaboration with Hood River County and ODOT to identify opportunities to address failing on-site septic systems and road drainage, ditch gravel and storm runoff.
