After analyzing existing water quality and quantity data, work with project partners to address impairment sources such as dewatering and poor riparian health, while implementing data collection necessary to develop a baseline research and monitoring project. 1) Assess physical and biological components of the watershed in order to guide future data collection and identify TMDL targets; 2) Identify irrigation conveyance inefficiencies and initiated seepage loss mitigation demonstration project; 3) Identify riparian vegetation project needs and implement up to three restoration projects to demonstrate the multiple benefits of riparian health.
