The main objective is to increase spawning and rearing habitat for the bull trout by creating a stable stream and riparian zone that can accommodate changes in streamflow and sediment supply without altering plan view morphology, instream geomorphic features, and channel cross-section. This is an initial phase of a multi-year restoration effort. Plans include: determine the land management needs of adjacent property owners, design an integrated channel that accomodates these needs, implement the reconstruction, develop a grazing plan and construct riparian fencing. Reintroduce native planings to riparian areas. To restore approximately one quarter mile of Grave Creek, a critical bull trout spawning tributary.
