Phase I. Design and installation of two center pivot irrigation systems with the salvaged water being leased to MFWP for instream flow. Phase II. Design and implementation of natural habitat improvement structures, salmonid spawning areas, natural bank stabilization structures, stream crossings, stream flow measuring gauges, removal of fish passage barriers and riparian management. Improve fisheries and wildlife habitat through instream flow (salvaged water) , nutrient and sediment reduction, habitat improvement and increased spwning opportunities.
