ESA Recovery Project Administration and Coordination

The PCSRF Administrative staff has developed tracking protocols to ensure timely budgeting information to the project managers. The administrative staff works with project managers, policy analysts and central accounting to ensure efficient processing and tracking of necessary budget information.

Contributes to the effective administration of the PCSRF grant. Proper administration, project accounting, and report-coordination with tribal biologists and salmon recovery personnel within the Upper Columbia are necessary to successfully implement the goals of the PCSRF grant.
