Description    


Conducted numerous surveys on several active salmon bearing streams to assess fish spawning usage and numbers of returning fish.

Project Benefit    


Determine current salmonid usage of streams within the Reservation as well as assess regional and reservational population trends.

          Description of monitoring
          The numbers we attain from these surveys will reflect the usage of Tribal streams by salmonids on an annual basis which will also describe current trends in usage. How this data ties in with the 'larger picture' outside reservation control (programs and policies) remains to be determined.
