Description

This project provided key CCT department staff that focused on the development of the 2008 BPA Fish Accords, the implementation of the Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Plan and Okanogan Initiative, the Mid-Columbia HCP processes, and other regional salmon recovery forums. A significant accomplishment is the development of the long-term (10 year) BPA Fish Accord that will provide stabile funding for the recovery of listed species in the Okanogan Subbasin. The project also provided the administrative support for successful PCSRF project implementation and reporting.

Project Benefit

This project will contribute to an increase in tribal capacity to coordinate with regional salmon recovery efforts, and to develop and implement various watershed and subbasin plans.
