PCSRF Phase II Performance Measurements & Related Data System

Project Objective: Data quality and completeness in the PCSRF database has become a critical component of the PCSRF program as it is the coast wide inventory of performance metrics and the basis for measuring program performance. It is essential that accurate project data be entered into the PCSRF database on a timely basis.



Project Description: This project will monitor PCSRF database information accuracy and ensure that financial and progress reports are being completed and entered into the database in a timely manner. This project will also conduct annual site visits to each of the member Tribe’s locations and host quarterly meetings (at minimum) with Board members as well as Technical Staff. NOAA has ensured funding for this contracted project is an appropriate use of funds.

Project Benefits: PCSRF Goals, Objectives and Priorities addressed: Congress and OMB has stipulated that NOAA must measure and report performance in the PCSRF database. Thus, it is essential that accurate project data be entered into the database on a timely basis. NOAA has ensured funding for this contractor is an appropriate use of funds.
