Description    


The Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Board (UCSRB) coordinates the implementation the Upper Columbia Spring Chinook and Steelhead Recovery Plans. The UCSRB coordinates efforts of partners working on salmon recovery in the Upper Columbia Region.  UCSRB is the Lead Entity in the Region and coordinates and facilitates the Salmon Recovery Funding Board annual grant round.Worksites designate funding source. Worksite #1, #2, and #3   The Lead Entity coordinates the Citizen Advisory Committee and technical team. This includes arranging and facilitating meetings for both groups. The lead entity will submit a ranked habitat project list to RCO which includes outreach, scheduling site visits, compiling project rankings, scheduling applicant workshops, etcWorksite #4  The Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Board address issues affecting salmon recovery; work with partners to implement strategies and actions; provide guidance to LE for project review and ranking; determine annual allocation for SRFB funding; track projects; and review of monitoring activities. The Sponsor shall perform the project as described in the following documents, which are incorporated herein by this reference: Standard Terms and Conditions for Project Agreement, Statement of Work, and Scope of Work. All expenses utilizing State operating funds must be billed in PRISM 45 days after the fiscal year ends. Bills are due by 08/14/2024 and 08/14/2025. Any operating funds not billed during this timeframe will be forfeited.
