Description

With the PCSRF FY 2020 allocation, CRITFC, on behalf of the four tribes, continued to implement the already established tribal PCSRF infrastructure framework to plan, assess, coordinate, fund, implement, monitor, and publicize the salmon recovery efforts of the tribes and partners. Some of the activities included: project selection and evaluation, ESA compliance, federal cost principles compliance, non-allowance of supplanting, land acquisition requirements, cost-share encouragement, budget modification management, new project implementation, fulfilling progress report metric requirements, project spending plan, maintenance of the PCSRF database, participation in PCSRF regional processes and monitoring and evaluation of individual projects. All of the final progress reports for the FY 2020 PCSRF projects were received from the tribes by July 2025, and the information was entered into the PCSRF database. Data validation reports were completed and uploaded on grants-on-line. All invoices and budget modifications for the FY 2020 projects will be processed accordingly.

Project Benefit

This project will benefit all salmonid species in the Columbia Basin as a result of all the tribal projects being implemented.
