PCSRF Performance Measurements & Related Data System 2018

This project conducted site visits on the Klamath Tribes, Hoopa Valley Tribe, Karuk Tribe and Yurok Tribe reservations to ensure all projects funded by the Klamath River Inter-Tribal Fish and Water Commission were on schedule and within the grant scope of work. Meetings were held with the project managers as well as board members to discuss the projects and reports/metrics for the database. This project also oversaw all of the data entered into the database, as well as the progress reports and financial reports throughout the life of the grant, and worked with the individual Tribes and Project Managers to ensure all information was complete and correct as well as requested edits. Online trainings were offered and attended by the Database Manager as well.

PCSRF Goals, Objectives and Priorities addressed: Congress and OMB has stipulated that NOAA must measure and report performance in the PCSRF database. Thus it is essential that accurate project data be entered into the database on a timely basis. NOAA has ensured funding for this contractor is an appropriate use of funds.
