Description

Assessed road-related erosion and sediment delivery along 148 mi of forestland roads in the Larabee Creek Watershed. Identified treatment needs for 510 potential erosion prevention sites including 21.5 mi of hydrologically connected road.

Project Benefit

Recommendations that will lead to improving spawning and rearing habitat by reducing chronic fine sediment delivery and episodic inputs of road failure related sediment; and improve fish passage for coho and Chinook salmon, and steelhead trout.
