Description    


Failed culverts under Willow Creek Road were removed and a 43-foot long single span concrete bridge was installed.

Project Benefit    


The goal of this project is to re-establish fish passage for coho salmon and steelhead trout in Willow Creek, tributary to The Russian River in Sonoma County. The objective of this project is to replace four failing culverts on Willow Creek at 2nd Bridge with a 43 foot long single span bridge. This is to provide access to 4.7 miles of spawning habitat for adult salmonids and rearing habitat for juvenile salmonids.
