Presented here is information regarding the
Baseline Environmental Monitoring Program.
During the past several years, a network of autonomous, in site water
quality monitors has been established in the tributaries of the
Salmon River in central Idaho. The collected data is being used in
studies of the behavior and mortality of threatened or endangered
salmon species in the area.
A database has been created containing measured water quality parameters
for several sites, and in some places over several years. Through the following,
the baseline environmental database may be directly accessed:
